Gutters in Jenks

Jenks is where the biggest roofs in the metro are. The subdivisions south of the Creek Turnpike and along Elm Street between 101st and 121st are mostly 2000s–2020s two-story homes with 2,500–4,500 square feet of roof, hip designs with a lot of inside corners, and builder gutters that were never sized for any of it.
